New spinnaker pole, Nationals entry open, and next event Burnham on Crouch 16 July

1. Yippee RS Sailing has a new carbon spinnaker pole package ready for you!

Your RS Vareo Chair Trio of Cheryl, Andy and Nick have been working hard over the past two years with Alex at RS to pull together an improved RS Vareo spinnaker launch system.

The improved spinnaker package is being fitted to new boats now as a racing option.

The package comprises one complete spinnaker pole, one new style U bolt, one nylon bearing and one set of instructions.

Available to you from the RS Sailing Store from 1 July 16 for £259 including VAT.

So that gives you time to install the package and practise before your Nationals.

Your 2016 Volvo Noble Marine RS Vareo National Championship will be held at Llandegfedd Sailing Club 27-29 August.

Hi Clare, can you share some pictures and more details? What is the difference between the two systems and where does the benefit on the new one come from?

Hello. Where is the new pole available? I don't see it in RS spare parts store. Also, has anyone tried one yet and is it much better than the standard one (I.e worth £260?
